Chiang Mai Baggie:

11 minutes gone and AJ headed a free kick cross past Kirkland into his own net.

Earnshaw gave away the ball in front of the defence (claimed to be fouled, but the ref didn't give it) and Jones ran through to score.

Campbell gave the ball away on the edge of the box, and Jones finished well to beat Kirkland.

HT 3-0. Albion losing out in midfield, and 3 errors led to the goals. Dyer doing well when he gets the ball, but Albion not closing down well enough. AJ off, probably partly as a precaution after taking a knock just before HT. Lots of Crewe subs!

Kirkland sounds to be doing ok, made a good save early in the 2nd half, none of the goals were his fault. Inamoto has improved things in mf for the 2nd half.

Much better in the 2nd half, created more and started to get more understanding between the players. Gaardsoe nearly caught the keeper out with a shot from inside his own half, but the keeper managed to get back in time to save for a corner. Carter also had a couple of chances, and Inamoto had one saved too. Hopefully BR will have had lots to think about, and the players will have gained some fitness.

Lee Ward:

No one told us this was going to be a horror show!!!

Shocking would be the best way to desscribe the first half. We seemed half a yard too slow, unfit and not interested. Johnson was shown up as a poor midfielder, chaplow strugled and carter was poor too. Didnt even notice watson was playing until the second half.

Our only decent outlet was dyer who showed lots of effort but wasted his crosses. Inamoto looked good after break but all in all not the best way to spend a friday night. By the end crewes youth team were passing us of the park.

Gareth:

just got back from crewe - left at 4pm just got home at 20 to 1 in the morning.

id love to tell you how i feel we will do well BUT we were awful in the 1st half and the reason we looked better in the 2nd half was crewe played about 8 of their acadamy players.

cant see any real positives apart from it costing 7 quid to get in - mind you, cost 8 quid odd for 3 pies and a drink in the ground.

very friendly crowd and staff at crewe (as usual)

got me photo taken with campbell so alls not lost.
